We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you flexibility while protecting our salon partners. This policy applies to both appointments and subscriptions.
1. Appointment Cancellation
You may cancel your appointment at any time before the scheduled time. Cancellation policies vary by salon, but here are the general guidelines:
24+ Hours Before
Full refund or reschedule without penalty
12-24 Hours Before
Partial refund or reschedule with small fee
Less than 12 Hours
No refund, reschedule may incur full fee

2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will no longer be charged.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log into Your Account
Access your account dashboard
Navigate to Settings
Go to Account Settings → Subscription
Cancel Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available in the following situations:
Eligible for Refund
Service Cancellation
Cancellation within the allowed time frame (typically 24+ hours before appointment)
Technical Issues
Persistent technical problems preventing service usage
Billing Errors
Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
Legal Requirements
Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Bank Processing Time
After we process the refund, your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit in your account. This timeline is beyond our control and varies by financial institution.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your appointment without canceling, you may be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

6. How to Cancel or Request Refund
To cancel an appointment or request a refund:
Log in to Your Account
Access your account and navigate to your appointments section
Select Appointment
Click on the appointment you wish to cancel
Follow Cancellation Instructions
Complete the cancellation process as prompted
Request Refund (if needed)
